Tejashwi Yadav Backs Student Protesters Demanding Exam Reform and Job Opportunities

Leader of the Opposition in the Bihar Assembly Tejashwi Yadav on Saturday (August 22) targeted the government in support of the candidates who reached the protest site at Gardanibagh in Patna. He said that there is a lot of anger and resentment among the students. Their demands have been raised continuously and will continue to be raised. Tejashwi Yadav said that the candidates have taken to the streets demanding the restoration of order. He said, "We are with them and they will also get the support of our party in the protest that is going to be held on the 25th." He said that everyone wants that the paper should not be leaked in Bihar, the youth should get jobs and exams should be conducted on time. There should not be any rigging in the examination system and the whole process should be done in a transparent manner. Tejashwi Yadav said that all the demands of the students are justified. He said, "Rather, we had said yesterday that this demand was not even necessary to ask them, but the government should fulfill it." He said that it is their responsibility and duty to listen to the students.
