The complaint states that Abhishek Banerjee's public meetings speeches during the election campaign and the videos circulated on his social media can create panic and political tension among the general public. According to the complainant, such comments are intimidating and a matter of concern for the democratic process. The complaint has been filed on 25th March 2026, in the form of a public rally at Sanjaygram, Nandibagh Road, and a rest of the 2026 election rally.
