He said that power has been reduced to a few people and inexperienced people have been given important responsibilities. According to him, many times Mamata Banerjee could not take decisions even if she wanted to. When asked why she chose to side with the rebel faction instead of talking to Mamata Banerjee directly, Ghosh said that only with one and only one leader and most of the party workers are now claiming that she has taken this decision.
