Toddler's Murder Investigation Takes Shocking Turn as Post-Mortem Report Reveals Inhuman Torture

The investigation into the sexual assault and murder of a toddler in Nasrapur has taken a different turn. The preliminary report of the post-mortem has revealed that the child was subjected to inhuman torture. The entire process of autopsy was done in'in camera'mode at Sassoon Hospital. Crime Branch experts were also present at this time. Doctors from the forensic department of the hospital then submitted its preliminary report to the police. Medical sources said that the accused sexually assaulted her and punched her hard on the chest to see if she was dead. The post-mortem has found nail marks on the child's face. Samples of these marks have also been taken for examination and it will also be examined in the laboratory. The examination of the private parts has also been found. Samples of internal organs (viscera) to ascertain the exact cause of death will be preserved and sent to the forensic laboratory for further investigation. The final report is being submitted to the police by the hospital.
