Uganda and Morocco to Deploy Troops to Gaza Strip Amid Ongoing Crisis

No agreement has yet been reached between Israel and Hamas on the Gaza Strip. Meanwhile, new news has emerged. Two countries are about to land troops there. This includes Uganda and Morocco. Troops from both will become part of the International Stabilization Force created by US President Donald Trump. Ugandan officials on Thursday sought and won approval from parliament to deploy troops to Gaza as part of an international force. The successful proposal, put forward by the defense minister, is the first public indication of Uganda's willingness to join the International Stabilization Force (International Stabilization Force) for Gaza. Morocco has also promised to send troops for this mission. This force, proposed by US President Donald Trump's Board of Peace in February, will be led by an American general, Major General Jasper Jeffers. He said in May that the 20,000-strong force will ensure "a permanent disengagement of our forces and Israel's future prosperity" after the devastating US-Israeli war. Trump announced last week that "we will withdraw our troops from Gaza" in accordance with the Israel-Israel peace agreement.
