Uttar Pradesh assembly elections are scheduled for next year. Out of 403 assembly seats in UP, three seats of Noida, Dadri and Jewar in Gautam Budh Nagar district are included. However, the BJP voting percentage has increased in the 2017 and 2022 elections. The BJP won three assembly elections from here (2012, 2017 and 2022) and the 2014 by-election. The current MLA from Dadri assembly seat of Gautam Budh Nagar is Tejpal Singh Nagar of the Bharatiya Janata Party. In the 2022 assembly elections, he received 2,18,068 votes.
