UP Vidhansabha Election: Political Parties Vie for Brahmin Votes Ahead of 2027 Assembly Polls

UP Vidhansabha Election News: The race for the 2027 assembly elections has already begun. All the parties are vying for Brahmin voters, who play an important role in politics. The BJP, SP, BSP and Congress are giving the message of being pro-Brahmin in their own way. The population of Brahmins is between 11 and 13 percent in UP and their influence is believed to be in more than 70 assembly seats. After the controversy over UGC rules and Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand, the leaders who do politics of Brahmins are in a state of shock. Political parties are also trying to convince this class of voters by clarifying their position.
