US Rejected Israeli Proposal for Military Action on Iran: John Kerry Reveals

An interesting glimpse of what was going on behind the scenes between the US and Israel on Iran has now emerged. Former US Secretary of State John Kerry, during a recent conversation, pointed out that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had reached Washington several times with a proposal for military action on Iran. But every time the story stopped there, the US was not ready. According to Kerry, it was not the decision of one government or one president. From Barack Obama to George W. Bush and Joe Biden, all three of them shelved the proposal at different times. The reason was clear: as long as the channels of dialogue and diplomacy are open, war will be the last option.
