New Delhi: US Secretary of State Marco Rubio is on his first official visit to India from May 23-26. He will visit different states of the country. He is expected to focus on Quad partnership, energy security, trade and defence cooperation. According to reports, Marco Rubio will visit Kolkata, Agra, Jaipur and Delhi during his visit. Energy, trade and defence cooperation will be discussed. Rubio will meet several senior Indian leaders and officials during his visit to India. The talks will cover key issues such as energy security, regional trade, tariffs, supply chains and defence cooperation. Rubio will also participate in a meeting of foreign ministers of the Quad countries in New Delhi on May 26. The meeting will also be attended by India's External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong and Japanese Foreign Minister Motegi Toshimitsu.
