A major case related to black marketing of government fertilizers in Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh has been unearthed by the police. A joint team of Charwa Police Station and Agriculture Department raided an illegal factory running in Pansaur village and caught a gang preparing liquid urea (DEF) from government IFFCO urea. Three accused were arrested in the operation, while a child lifter was taken under police protection. According to the police, DEF was prepared illegally using government urea in a house. After this, a team of Agriculture Department and Charwa Police led by District Agriculture Officer Dr. Shiv Shankar Chaudhary raided the spot. During the raid, a large amount of government fertilizer and fake products were found there. During the operation, 70 sacks of IFFCO urea and 100 empty urea bags were recovered. Apart from this, DEF buckets, liquid urea preparation machine, CCTV pump, and a DCEF urea plant bearing the names of different companies were also recovered.
