Vedaant Madhavan's Pursuit of Olympic Gold Medal Dreams

Actor Madhavan may be in the news for his roles in the Dhurandhar films, but another member of his family who constantly grabs attention for his achievements is his son Vedaant Madhavan. A skilled swimmer, Vedaant is currently living in Dubai for his studies and also training hard, with a clear goal of one day winning an Olympic gold medal. In an old interview with Ruhaan Mathreja last year, Vedaant had opened up about his busy lifestyle - which is quite different from the glitz associated with celebrity families. Vedaant Madhavan said, "In a day, I wake up at around 4.30 am and reach the pool by 4.45 am. I swim from 5-7 pm, then stretch and come back home. If school happens, I go and have a light snack, rest for a while and then go back to the pool. I swim till about 9.30 pm and then go to the gym."
