Vijay Takes Oath as Tamil Nadu CM in Modern Attire

Thalapathy Vijay has been sworn in as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu today. He took the oath of office at Nehru Stadium in Chennai at around 5 am. Vijay chose a formal look instead of the traditional one for this special occasion. The leaders are usually seen wearing traditional dhoti and shirt (veshti) for the swearing-in ceremony. But Vijay chose a completely different and modern look for his swearing-in. Vijay preferred the'formal look'instead of the traditional one. Vijay's style in white shirt, black pants and formal shoes looked like a film hero. His modern look could be a part of his effort to connect with the youth of Tamil Nadu and bring about a change.
