Vishwa Hindu Parishad Demands Stricter Laws for Cow Protection at Meeting

At Haridwar, Uttarakhand, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad's two-day Kendriya Margdarshak Mandal meeting concluded. Several resolutions were passed, including protection of cows, increasing drug trade, expanding the scope of investigation in the Ram temple donation scam. After the meeting ended, international president Alok Kumar informed the press conference that Champat Rai is fully cooperating in the investigation. He accused the opposition of politics. At the same time, Alok Kumar has demanded that such trusts who had asked for gold donations in the name of Ram temple should be investigated so that the opposition's politics ends. He has demanded strict laws in the country to protect the cow. Alok Kumar said that the VHP and RSS have fought for cow protection for a long time and in 1952, signatures of two crore people were submitted to the government. The VHP saves about two lakh cows from being cut every year. He said that the cow is the mother of the world and it should get the honor of the national mother. Cow progeny is not allowed to kill more than 14 years old, and the concept of cow milk and cow dung farming will not be used in the country.
