In the middle of the election in West Bengal, the case of the SIR is again gaining momentum. A petition was filed in the Supreme Court, in which the officers on election duty have complained that their names have been removed from the SIR list (voter list). He said that on the order of these 65 officers on duty, their EPIC (voter ID) numbers have been removed from the voter list despite the administration's insistence that they have a valid voter ID.
