West Bengal Politics: Sudip Bandyopadhyay Leaves TMC, Wife Nayana Remains Loyal

West Bengal politics is seeing new colours. After the split in TMC, MP Pati has left Mamata, but the MLA is still with the former CM. She is taking oath in the name of Mamata Banerjee. Sudip Bandyopadhyay, a well-known face of Bengal politics, left TMC on Sunday, joined the rebel group and later joined Nationalist Citizens Party of India (NCPI). Sudip Bandyopadhyay is also an MP from North Kolkata. Sudip Bandyopadhyay, along with 19 other rebel MPs, has written a letter to Speaker Om Birla that they will support NDA as MPs. Sudip Bandyopadhyay's wife Nayana Bandyopadhyay's future as an MLA after leaving the party. Many TMC leaders have said that they will not part ways with Nayana. Nayana has said that they will not join them.
