Women's Reservation Bill: Dr. Sudha Warns of Nationwide Protests if Government Fails to Implement

Speaking to reporters at the Congress office on Saturday, डॉ.सुधा said that on the instructions of the national president, women are being made aware of the Women's Reservation Bill in every district. Women are mobilizing widespread public support for the implementation of reservation. Dr. Prasad said that if the government does not implement women's reservation soon, women across the country will take to the streets and agitate. He alleged that the intention of the central government is not clear about women's reservation. It is avoiding it under the guise of delimitation. He said that the government should call a special session of parliament and implement women's reservation only in the current Lok Sabha seats. The excuse of increasing the number of seats or delimitation will not be accepted.
