Youth Killed in Ambegaon Plateau: Four Minors Detained for Murder

Dhankawadi: A youth was killed with a cemented bandage on his head and a sharp-edged weapon in Ambegaon Plateau area of Dhankawadi. Bharati Vidyapeeth police have detained four minors. The victim has been identified as Nayan Sachin Jadhav (18, Ra. Ambegaon Plateau, Dhankawadi). Nayan's mother has lodged a complaint with Bharati Vidyapeeth police.'Four juveniles have been detained for the murder. They have been sent to an observation home on the orders of the Juvenile Justice Board,'said Kailash Kodag, police inspector of crime branch, Bharati Vidyapeeth police station. According to the police, the minors and Nayan live in Ambegaon Plateau area of Dhankawadi. Two days ago, they had an argument over looking at each other. Nayan had stopped at Nilgiri Chhak in Ambegaon Plateau around midnight on Monday (May 4). The juvenile was taken to the hospital with a sharp-edged weapon.
