Minor Girl Allegedly Sexually Assaulted in Gandhinagar City

A minor was allegedly sexually assaulted in Gandhinagar city on Monday, police said. The police registered a case after a medical examination of the girl and detained four persons for interrogation by midday. The incident allegedly took place before daylight when the child, who lives with her parents and grandmother inkachhahouses, went to answer nature’s call while the rest of the family were asleep. When she entered the house crying, the family asked her what had happened and the child described the ordeal, following which the family approached police.
